Here are some helpful tips and links you can use if you are experiencing trouble with the FYC mobile app. Please note that the NBCU FYC app is currently only available on iOS mobile devices.
Unable to log in
- The access code is case sensitive, double check and ensure the characters are entered correctly.
Buffering, lag, stuttering and other video playback issues
- Change the video playback quality.

Other general troubleshooting tips
- Ensure your iOS mobile device is up to date.
- Power the device off then back on.
- Delete, re-download, and re-install the app.
